Bid Application Timeline

• Bid Applications Live (via Google Form): December 15th - Link will be posted on the website main menu on or before Dec 15th
• Submission Deadline: January 5th
• APHL Selection Meeting: Monday, January 12th, at 8:00 PM
• Final Selection Announcement: By midnight on January 14th

The All Peace Hockey League invites Minor Hockey Associations to apply to host an APHL Playoff Tournament Weekend.

Hosting a playoff tournament is an opportunity to:

• Showcase your community and facilities

• Support league-wide competition

• Play a key role in crowning APHL champions

• Host teams competing for advancement to Hockey Alberta Provincials

Before starting your application, please review the information below to ensure your association is ready to submit a complete bid.

Before you start your application you will need the following confirmations to be able to upload and complete the application:

1. Confirmed ice booking for your #1 choice weekend

2. Hotel Confirmation for your #1 Choice weekend

3. Completed Budget
